2022 Wholesale Contract Printing Price Guide

Flash is required when printing light/white colors on dark color apparel. In most cases an under base white is used to enhance the brightness of the top color. For example: Printing yellow ink on a navy or black shirt. This would require a white under base print that is then flash cured and then the top color yellow can be printed. This is billed as a 2 color print plus flash and two screens are needed. This is per location.

Less than 10 Piece minimum will be charged as 10 pieces.
Screen Set-up $18.00 per color per location.
Reset Screen Set-up $12 .00 ea. per color per location.
Color Change $12.00 Billed per 10 pieces min.
Above pocket or on pocket print add .25 ea.
Nylon/Dry-Fit style shirts add .15 ea. per location
Specialty Inks, Metallics, Glitter, Puff, etc. add .45 per color per location
4 Color process, Simulated process use 8 color pricing (48 piece minimum)
Printing on Fleece add .35 ea. per location
Sweatpants printing add $1 .00 per location
Custom artwork billed at $55.00 per hr. $10.00 min.

Sleeve print add .25 ea. per sleeve
Pre-productions proofs are billed at 1O piece min pricing.
Inside neck labels (1 color only) min 24 per size.
Un-bagging of Individually wrapped apparel is billed at .1O ea.
Rush orders less than 24 hours are billed an additional 70% of total.
Rush order of less than 72 hours are billed an additional 30% of total.
Any order must have ALL approved art and ALL items accounted for BEFORE being scheduled (NO EXCEPTIONS).
Specialty Items such as Towels, Bandanas, Vests, Jackets, etc. Please call for pricing.

We strive to complete orders as quickly and accurately as possible. Most orders are completed in less than 5 working days, most in as little as 3 days. Variables such as orders currently in-house, quantity of the order, and complexity of the order is what determines the actual completion. We do our best to catch any errors in apparel counts, print colors, etc. but cannot be held responsible if not noted on Purchase order.

This contract price guide will be in effect starting on 2 /1/ 22 and will remain in effect until further notice.
